What is Repair Day?
Every October we celebrate the power of repair to bring our communities together, reduce our impact on the planet and teach new skills.
Whether you’re a fixer, community organiser, tinkerer, maker, repair business, campaigner or simply a fan of repair, there are plenty of ways to join in.
In 2026, we celebrated Repair Day on 17th October with the theme ‘repair brings us together’.
The next repair day is on the 16th of October 2027.

How can I add my event to the world map?
If you’re running an event between the 9th and 24th of October 2027, you will be able to add it to the map when it goes live in late summer 2027.
How can I help translate Repair Day materials into my language?
We want everyone to be able to participate in Repair Day, no matter where you’re based. So we’re looking for help to translate our resources into as many languages as possible.
